Stockist Order Referral Scheme

How does Daro Stockist Order Referral Scheme work?

When you checkout, your order details will be sent to your local Daro Stockist based on your delivery address. Your local Daro Stockist will then contact you directly to arrange a specific date for delivery.

How much does Daro Stockist Delivery cost?

Your local Daro Stockist will advise you if there are any additional delivery charges based on your delivery postcode before making delivery. 

Amending or cancelling an order

We’re sorry but it is not normally possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. If you would like to add items to your order, please place a new order for these items.

If you need to cancel the order completely, please email [email protected] or call Daro Customer Services +44 (0)1604 758 989 as soon as possible.

There are some goods which we cannot cancel, refund or exchange, including cut or modified items – please visit our terms and conditions for more information.

Your order

We will contact you throughout the order process so you will know what is happening with your order;

  • We will email you to confirm your order confirmation.
  • We will email you to advise you who your local Daro stockist is.
  • Your local Daro Stockist will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time.
  • We will email/post a receipt of your order
